Return and Exchange
Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days after receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the condition you received it.
Unwashed, undamaged and odorless.
Returned in its original packaging.
Return Process:
To make a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@oflyn.fr . We will provide you with all the necessary instructions and respond within 48 hours.
Return Fees:
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a product defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt of the returned items. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
Exchanges:
Exchange products are subject to stock availability. Exchanges are processed immediately upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. The time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
Sale Items:
Sale items can be returned under the same conditions as non-sale items, subject to the 14-day withdrawal period.
Recommendations for Return Shipping:
For returns of items over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your package. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return.
