Washing Instructions:

Cleaning: Hand wash only with cold water and a mild detergent for delicate fabrics.

Stain Remover: Do not use bleach-containing products to avoid fabric discoloration.

Drying: Do not tumble dry. Allow to air dry away from direct sources of heat and light.

Delivery:

Metropolitan France: 24 to 72 working hours.
European Union: 2 to 5 working days.

These times apply after receiving the shipment confirmation email indicating that the carrier has taken possession of the items.

Return Conditions:

In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, every consumer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, except for the return costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Not have been washed, damaged, or scented.

Be returned in its original packaging.
