Washing Instructions:

Temperature: Wash at a maximum of 30°C, inside out, to protect the embroidery.

Cycle: Select a delicate cycle to minimize wear.

Frequency: Wash only when necessary to avoid premature wear.

Special Precautions: Be careful with metal parts during washing and daily use.

Avoir air dry: to prevent damage to the hoodie's details.

Delivery:

Metropolitan France: 24 to 72 working hours.
European Union: 2 to 5 working days.

These times apply after receiving the shipment confirmation email indicating that the carrier has taken possession of the items.

Return Conditions:

In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, every consumer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, except for the return costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Not have been washed, damaged, or scented.

Be returned in its original packaging.
